She talked about how spiritual knowledge and tools related to inner technology can bring peace, happiness, resilience, compassion, and harmony as well as empower us to create solutions in times of chaos and confusion. Spiritual technology can be instrumental in improving our professional as well as personal lives.

She iterated how very important it is to conserve our soul energy, and validated the same by giving live examples. She further added that the being (self) should not be dependent on doing and how our thoughts create our destiny.

She also emphasized the importance of gratitude, which is a high vibrational energy. She said instead of criticising and judging we need to understand and accept people in our lives as ‘souls in a journey’ who are carrying sanskars from previous livesShe emphasised on taking out some time for the self (charge the being) on a daily basis to meditate. In the end, she briefly touched on the topic of being vegetarian with the saying ‘Jaisa ann vaisa mann’.  The program concluded with Q&A – interaction by the audience followed by meditation and positive affirmations .
